  : Came here for the weekend with my girlfriend. We specifically asked for a cave room which was very nice and unique. It was able to keep us cool at night in the summer. The staff was friendly and helped us with parking when we asked them and also booked an ATV tour for us (wouldn't recommend if you want to drive fast or freely). You could have a nice breakfast on the terrace with a nice view of the town.
  : The room we stayed in wasn't air conditioned, even though it was written in the description, which was one of the reasons I booked it. Fortunately, at night it does get sufficiently cool, and its bearable if you close your curtains during the hot summer days. They did offer to give a fan so in the end it was okay. Nonetheless I was disappointed as the description was inaccurate. The terrace was locked when we wanted to see the balloons in the morning, which I felt was one of the biggest reasons for using it. If you're coming by car, bear in mind you won't have a designated spot for yourself and may need to look for a spot in the narrow one-way streets 1 or 2 mins away, but this is probably the case for most of the budget hotels.

  : the location is great, in the center of the town, the rooms were fair, and staff helped a lot with transportation from and to the airport
  : no air conditioner, the breakfast was very very minimal, we asked the chef there twice to make us eggs but he said " it will take a long time” although we saw him serving another guest

  : location is just a couple of steps from the main market and cafes
  : very tiny rooms, no space to move and not the cave rooms as i thought it would be

  : location was central. everything was near by. Breakfast was satisfactory. overall in that price stay was okay.
  : we stayed in the cave rooms which were not clean. the cement from the walls were shedding on the bed.the temperature was real high but the rooms didn’t have air conditioning. also the tap in the bathroom was lose.

  : the hotel over all was very nice and had potential for the cave hotel.
  : we booked family room of four. Room was terrible the lover all look and the bedsheets and bed bugs. toilet was terrible. there were holes in walls and roof. very scary view. all the rubbish was dumped outside our room.
