  : The hotel is really good value for money and we really enjoyed our few days there. The room and hotel looks like the pictures and it is a good place from which to explore the area.Big plus points:1. Amazing view of the hot air balloons at sunrise from the terrace. There is also a separate terrace at a lower level which was nice for relaxing after a day of exploring. 2. Very centrally located in Goreme - walking distance to the centre.3. Friendly and helpful staff with easy communication and helped us with airport transfers. 4. Clean and comfortable room. The room smells a bit damp, but this can be expected from a cave room. 5. Decent breakfast - sufficient variety
  : This is separate from the hotel, but I want to add this as we had booked this through the hotel.We found the organised tours (red + green tour + ATV) quite disappointing - it was a bit oversold by the hotel and didnt meet the expectation for the price. A lot of wasted time at jewellery & sweet shops and felt a bit like a tourist trap. I don't know how much different it would be with another tour operator, but this was our experience.
